WHAT DOES YOUR FITNESS ROUTINE LOOK LIKE…
My fitness routine is different every day to be flexible with my working schedule. I love fitting in long walks, pilates, a run or bike ride depending on what I have time for that day.

WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO GET FIT/HIT THE GYM WHEN YOU'RE HAVING 'ONE OF THOSE DAYS'…
For me personally if I am having one of those days I try to fit in something that will still get my body moving that is also relaxing such as a long walk along the beach in the afternoon to clear my mind.

FAVOURITE FOOD/ RECIPE?…
Do I have to pick just one? I would have to say one of my favourites is smashed avocado on sourdough. I have to admit I am not a recipe girl at all; I like to experiment and get creative in the kitchen when it comes to mealtime. 

WHAT DOES YOUR WORK-OUT WARDROBE LOOK LIKE?...
It is a mix of monochrome pieces with some pops of bright colour depending on my mood.

YOUR SECRET TO MAINTAINING A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE?... 
Having a positive mindset really helps to sticking to a healthy lifestyle as well as doing some research as to what you can do to be the healthiest version of you.

MY SIGNATURE MEAL IS...
One of my favourites to make (and eat) is a chicken & vege dish with coconut milk, spices & rice noodles.

ANY ADVICE/ MOTIVATION FOR PEOPLE TRYING TO KICK-START A HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE… from my own personal journey of starting to living a healthy lifestyle is to just start, set yourself goals, be positive & try not to be too hard on yourself. 

Everything takes time but when you start to see results you will look back and thank yourself for it.
